Enterprise Commerce Without the Enterprise Price Tag
Salesforce Commerce Cloud charges 2% of your GMV. A typical implementation takes 18 months and costs $1M–$3M in SI fees. You sign a 3-year contract before you have seen the platform work in production. QuantumOS X3 is what enterprise commerce looks like when it is priced for operators, not for SAP resellers.
Every enterprise requirement — uptime SLAs with financial penalties, SOC 2 Type II, per-tenant DB isolation, SAML SSO, Privacy Vault, tamper-evident audit logs, 12-month API stability — is in the platform. Not on a roadmap. Not sold as a separate module. In the platform, available today.
What enterprise actually needs — vs what you get sold
Enterprise commerce platforms sell you features. What your organisation actually needs is uptime, security, compliance, scale, support, and data control. Here is how QuantumOS X3 addresses each one directly.
Uptime with financial teeth
99.99% SLASFCC and Magento Cloud offer SLAs in their contracts. Read the fine print: credits are tiny percentages of monthly fees, and proving the outage was their fault is your problem. QuantumOS X3 commits to 99.99% monthly uptime with automatic credit issuance — no ticket required — backed by an architecture that serves 100k RPS from the edge with zero single-points-of-failure.
Security you can show to your CISO
SOC 2 Type II + PCI DSS L1Enterprise security reviews have checklists. SOC 2 Type II report: available under NDA. PCI DSS Level 1 merchant certification: current. Penetration test results from an independent third party: available. Dependency vulnerability scanning: automated on every deploy. The Privacy Vault ensures PII never touches application code — it never appears in logs, never in error traces.
Compliance across jurisdictions
GDPR + CCPA + LGPDYou are probably operating across India, the EU, and possibly Brazil or California. That means GDPR, CCPA, and LGPD all apply simultaneously. QuantumOS X3 ships consent management, data subject request workflows, right-to-erasure with full propagation across replicas, and regional data residency options — all configurable at the tenant level, not hard-coded per deployment.
Scale without surprise bills
Flat pricing — not GMV-basedGMV-based pricing is a growth tax. At $10M GMV on SFCC, you are paying 2% of revenue just for the platform — before your SI fees, before your app ecosystem, before your custom development. QuantumOS X3 charges flat. Your Black Friday traffic spike costs you nothing extra. Growing from $10M to $50M GMV does not change your platform bill.
Data control and portability
Full data portability, on-demandYour customer data, your order history, your product catalog. On SFCC, leaving means negotiating a data export under a contract that was not written with your exit in mind. QuantumOS X3 provides a full data export API — every table, every record — in standard formats, available on-demand. Your data is yours. Always.
Support that does not require a ticket queue
Named CSM + TAMEnterprise support on most platforms means a shared Slack channel monitored by a junior CSM. QuantumOS X3 enterprise contracts include a named Customer Success Manager, a named technical account manager, a private Slack or Teams channel with response SLAs, and direct access to the engineering team for P0 incidents. Founder-led engagement until $5M GMV.
Enterprise-grade infrastructure — in the platform
These are not enterprise tier upsells or custom professional-services engagements. Every capability below is part of the QuantumOS X3 platform, available on Enterprise contracts today.
Per-tenant dedicated database cluster
By default, tenants run on a logically isolated schema within a shared Neon Postgres cluster — complete row-level security, no cross-tenant data access. Enterprise contracts unlock a fully dedicated Neon cluster for your tenant: dedicated compute, dedicated storage, no shared pool, query performance unaffected by other tenants' workloads. Backups go to your own cloud bucket. You have read replica access for your own analytics team. VisualPoint (imaging and electronics specialty retail) runs a dedicated isolated database in production today — BYO-DB tenant isolation is not on a roadmap, it is in use.
EU data residency and region-local writes
All customer PII can be configured to write only to EU-region infrastructure. EU storefront edge nodes write to EU Postgres. EU admin sessions resolve to EU API endpoints. Replication to non-EU regions is disabled for PII tables. For GDPR Article 44 compliance, no PII crosses outside your configured region. Data residency configuration is documented and auditable — the compliance report is auto-generated from your tenant config.
SOC 2 Type II + PCI DSS L1 + GDPR/CCPA/LGPD
SOC 2 Type II audit completed annually by a Big Four firm. PCI DSS Level 1 certification maintained for card-present and card-not-present transaction processing. GDPR data subject request workflows: right of access, right of erasure, right of portability — all automated with propagation to replicas and third-party processors. CCPA consumer privacy rights portal. LGPD compliance for Brazil operations. Compliance dashboard shows current certification status and next audit dates.
12-month API stability contract
When you build an integration against the Bridge API, you need to know it will still work in 12 months. QuantumOS X3 enterprise contracts include a signed 12-month API stability commitment: no breaking changes to contracted API endpoints without 90 days' notice and a parallel migration period. API versioning is guaranteed. Deprecations are communicated 6 months in advance. Your integration team can build with confidence, not anxiety.
Sandbox branching for change management
Every enterprise tenant gets a full-fidelity sandbox environment — cloned from production configuration, seeded with anonymised production data — where platform updates, integration changes, and theme deployments can be tested before going live. Branched sandboxes support parallel tracks: your integration team tests an ERP connector while your merchandising team tests a new catalog structure, both in isolation, both against realistic data.
Time-Travel admin and tamper-evident audit logs
Every mutation to every record — order, product, customer, price, config — is written to an append-only audit log. The log is tamper-evident: each entry is chained with a cryptographic hash, and any modification to historical entries is detectable. Time-Travel admin lets your team view the exact state of any record at any point in history. Critical for regulatory audits, dispute resolution, and internal investigations.
Privacy Vault — PII never in application code
Customer PII (name, email, phone, address, national ID) is stored in a dedicated Privacy Vault service, not in your main application database. Application code receives tokenised references, not raw PII. When a data subject erasure request comes in, deleting the vault record makes PII irrecoverable from the application layer — no need to scrub logs, no risk of PII in error traces, no accidental inclusion in analytics exports.
SAML/OIDC SSO for admin access
Admin access to QuantumOS X3 can be gated entirely behind your corporate identity provider. Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, and any SAML 2.0 or OIDC-compliant IdP are supported. When an employee leaves, deprovisioning in your IdP immediately revokes their access to QuantumOS X3 — no separate offboarding step. Group membership in your IdP maps to roles in QuantumOS X3 automatically.
Fine-grained role-based access control
The QuantumOS X3 admin has 40+ distinct permission nodes across 9 resource categories. Create roles with surgical precision: a merchandising coordinator can edit product descriptions and images but cannot touch pricing or publish changes without manager approval. A warehouse operator can receive stock and create transfer orders but cannot view customer financial data. A regional manager can see orders and performance data for their region only, not all tenants.
SLA contracts with financial penalties
QuantumOS X3 enterprise SLAs are written into the MSA, not mentioned in a PDF that is not legally binding. Downtime exceeding the contracted 99.99% monthly uptime threshold triggers automatic service credits calculated on a sliding scale — credits increase with severity and duration. P0 incident response time is contractually committed: first response within 15 minutes, status page update within 30 minutes, engineering lead engaged within 1 hour.
A security posture your CISO can sign off on
Enterprise security reviews have detailed questionnaires. QuantumOS X3 ships completed answers to the most common ones. SOC 2 Type II report: available under NDA, completed annually by an independent auditor. PCI DSS Level 1 certification: current, renewed annually. Penetration test report from an independent third-party firm: available under NDA, conducted biannually.
The Privacy Vault architecture means PII never appears in application logs, error traces, or analytics exports — eliminating the most common source of accidental data exposure. The tamper-evident audit log gives your compliance team an immutable record of every mutation: who changed what, when, from which IP, in which admin session. Time-Travel admin lets auditors reconstruct the exact state of any record at any point in history.
Dependency vulnerability scanning runs on every deploy via a GitHub Actions + Trivy pipeline. Critical CVEs trigger an automatic deploy freeze until patched. Container images are scanned before promotion to production. Runtime application monitoring flags anomalous query patterns — a sudden burst of cross-tenant queries, for instance — and pages the on-call engineer automatically.
90-day Migration Squad vs 18-month SI engagement
The total cost of an SFCC implementation is not the licence fee. It is the licence fee plus 18 months of SI engagement at $800k–$2.5M, plus the opportunity cost of 18 months without a modern commerce platform. QuantumOS X3's Migration Squad is a fixed-fee, outcome-based engagement run by HyperBridge engineers. Go-live in 90 days. Guaranteed.
| Dimension | SFCC SI engagement | QuantumOS X3 Migration Squad |
|---|---|---|
| Timeline to first transaction | 16–24 months. Discovery → architecture → development → UAT → go-live. SI firm manages a 20-person engagement. | 30–90 days. QuantumOS X3 Migration Squad: dedicated team, fixed-fee, outcome-based. Go-live in 90 days or the engagement fee is refunded. |
| Implementation cost | $800k–$2.5M SI fees for a typical mid-market SFCC implementation. Does not include the platform licence. | Fixed-fee Migration Squad engagement. Costs published transparently. No SI markup. No surprise change orders. |
| Who does the work | A system integrator — often a third party with variable SFCC depth. The SFCC team is rarely involved in your specific implementation. | HyperBridge Digital engineers who built the platform. They know every edge case. There is no translation layer between your requirements and the people writing the code. |
| Data migration | Separate line item. Often handed to a data migration specialist subcontracted by the SI. Error rates on large migrations can be significant. | Migration Squad includes data migration tooling for Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, and OpenCart. Schema-mapped, validated, and loaded by the same team that built the importers. |
| Post-go-live support | SI engagement ends. Support moves to a ticket queue. Ongoing changes require new SOWs. | Named CSM and TAM from day one. Direct engineering access for P0 and P1. No new SOW for configuration changes — covered by the support contract. |
| Risk if go-live slips | Your organisation, not the SI, absorbs the commercial risk of a delayed go-live. | Migration Squad contracts include a go-live guarantee. If the 90-day target slips due to platform reasons, the engagement fee is refunded. |
Flat pricing vs GMV-based — at $10M GMV
SFCC's standard pricing is 2% of GMV. At $10M GMV, that is $200,000 per year just for the licence — before implementation, before the app ecosystem, before the B2B module, before the AI product. Below is a complete cost comparison for a mid-market enterprise operator at $10M GMV.
| Cost item | Salesforce Commerce Cloud | QuantumOS X3 Enterprise |
|---|---|---|
| SFCC licence (2% GMV) | $200,000 / year | — (flat rate, not GMV-based) |
| Platform flat fee | — (GMV-based) | $36,000 / year (Enterprise) |
| SI implementation | $800,000–$2,500,000 (one-time) | Fixed-fee Migration Squad |
| App ecosystem | $60,000–$180,000 / year | Included in platform |
| B2B module | Separate SKU | Included in platform |
| AI copilot | Separate product (Einstein) | Included — Kynetra AI |
| Dedicated infrastructure | Not available | Available on Enterprise |
| Year-1 total cost | $1.2M–$3M+ | ~$120k–$200k all-in |
SFCC costs are estimates based on publicly available pricing and SI market rates. Actual costs vary by contract. QuantumOS X3 pricing is as published on the pricing page. At $50M GMV, the SFCC licence alone reaches $1M/year — the QuantumOS X3 Enterprise flat fee does not change.
Managing 5+ brands from one God Mode admin
Enterprise operators run portfolios, not single brands. Retail groups, franchise networks, and multi-geography operators need a way to manage multiple storefronts, each with its own identity, from a single operations team. QuantumOS X3 was designed for exactly this.
God Mode admin
Super-administrators can switch into any tenant's context with a single click — view their orders, their catalog, their customer data — without logging out and back in. God Mode is audit-logged: every action taken in a tenant context by a super-admin is attributed to that super-admin, never the tenant's own activity.
Cross-tenant analytics
The Command Center dashboard aggregates GMV, orders, and key health metrics across all of your brands in a single view. Drill into any brand. Compare performance across brands. Identify which brands are driving group growth and which need attention — without switching context.
Shared infrastructure, isolated data
All brands share the same platform infrastructure — same CDN, same edge network, same admin codebase — with complete data isolation between tenants. Brand A cannot access Brand B's orders, customers, or configuration. The isolation is enforced at the database layer with row-level security, not just at the application layer.
Per-brand theme and storefront
Each brand runs its own fully customised storefront with its own domain, its own theme tokens, its own navigation structure, and its own CMS content. The Aaladipattiyan heritage-foods storefront looks nothing like The Value Store electronics storefront — both are served from the same shared edge platform, configured and maintained separately.
Bulk operations and policy rollout
Set a global policy — a new returns window, a pricing rule change, a shipping method — and apply it across all brands at once from the Command Center, with per-brand override capability. No need to log into five different admin panels and repeat the same configuration change five times.
The QuantumOS X3 multi-tenant architecture scales to hundreds of brands under one platform contract. A franchise network of 40 outlets runs on the same platform as a portfolio of 5 independent brands — each with full isolation, each configurable independently, all visible in the Command Center aggregate view. There is no per-brand licence fee.
Support that grows with your GMV
Enterprise support is not a ticket queue with a 48-hour SLA. QuantumOS X3 support is structured around your stage. Founders direct until $5M GMV. Named CSM from $5M. A full enterprise support pod at $25M+. At every stage, you have a named person who knows your implementation.
Founder-led
HyperBridge co-founders are directly reachable on your private Slack channel. You are not talking to a support representative — you are talking to the people who built the platform and have a direct interest in your success. Response times are informal but fast. Weekly check-in calls are standard.
Named CSM
A dedicated Customer Success Manager who owns your account. Quarterly Business Reviews reviewing GMV trajectory, feature utilisation, and platform health. Named Technical Account Manager for integration and architecture questions. Private Slack channel with documented response SLAs.
Enterprise Support Pod
A dedicated pod: CSM, TAM, and a named senior engineer who knows your implementation. Monthly executive reviews. Direct escalation path to the CTO for P0 incidents. Participation in the private roadmap advisory group — your priorities influence the platform roadmap directly.
Every enterprise contract includes: private Slack or Teams channel with documented response SLAs (15-minute P0, 2-hour P1, 8-hour P2), quarterly platform health reviews, advance notice of breaking changes with 90-day migration windows, and access to the private beta programme for features currently in development. The SLA commitments are written into the MSA — not mentioned in a PDF that no one can enforce.
Nine pillars, one platform, one contract
Enterprise operators on QuantumOS X3 get the complete operating system: Storefront X3 for edge commerce, POS for in-store operations, ClearOPS for OMS and WMS, native B2B for wholesale, Loyalty for retention, Kynetra AI for 334 intelligent regents, Conversational Commerce for messaging, Marketplace Bridge for multi-channel, and the Bridge API for custom integrations. One platform. One contract. One support relationship. No ecosystem of vendors to manage.
