One Catalog, Every Channel — Multi-Vendor Marketplace Built In
QuantumOS X3 ships a production-grade multi-vendor marketplace as a core module — no separate Mirakl or Marketplacer license, no custom build. The same catalog simultaneously powers 14 external channels, a shared affiliate mesh, and cross-tenant demand routing with opt-in revenue-share contracts. Competitors treat marketplace as an enterprise add-on. X3 treats it as a default capability.

Multi-Vendor Marketplace in Core
Operator onboards sellers, approves listings, sets commission rules, and pays out — all without leaving X3 admin. Customers see a unified storefront; sellers see a dedicated performance dashboard.
Seller Onboarding
Sellers apply via a white-labeled portal. The application captures business name, GSTIN (or EIN for US sellers), bank details, and product category intent. Operators configure mandatory document checklists — PAN, FSSAI licence for food sellers, brand authorisation letters for authorised resellers. Auto-verification steps call the GSTIN API to confirm active registration. Sellers reach listing-approved status in under 4 minutes for standard categories. High-risk categories trigger a manual review queue with SLA timers.
Listing Approval Workflow
Each seller-submitted product enters an approval workflow. Operators define rules: mandatory images (minimum 4), prohibited keywords, category-specific attribute completeness thresholds. An AI-assisted content check flags low-quality titles, plagiarised descriptions, and misleading claims before human review. Approved listings are published instantly to the storefront and enqueued for channel sync. Rejected listings return structured feedback to the seller with required corrections.
Commission Rules Engine
Commissions are configured at category, subcategory, seller tier, or SKU level. Operators stack rules — a base rate per category plus a discount for platinum sellers plus a promotional override during sale events. Commission is calculated on the confirmed-delivered amount, not gross order value, so returns automatically reduce the commission deducted. Fixed-fee listing charges, success fees, and monthly subscription fees can be layered independently.
Escrow & Per-Vendor Payouts
Customer payments land in an operator-controlled escrow account. X3 tracks each order's delivery confirmation, return window expiry, and dispute status. On T+2 (configurable), funds net of commission, platform fees, and any active dispute holds are released to the seller's bank account via UPI Payouts, NEFT, or international wire. Payout ledgers are seller-visible in real time. Failed payouts trigger automatic retry with alert escalation after 3 attempts.
Dispute Handling
Customers raise disputes through the order detail page. The system notifies the seller and sets a 48-hour seller-response SLA. Operators can mediate, auto-resolve based on configurable rules (e.g., auto-refund for orders below ₹500), or escalate. Dispute outcomes feed seller health scores. Sellers crossing 2% dispute rate in a rolling 30-day window are placed under enhanced review and payout holds.
Seller Dashboard & Tax Reporting
Sellers see live GMV, units sold, return rate, dispute rate, and payout history. Performance metrics are benchmarked against category averages so sellers understand their competitive position. At year-end, X3 auto-generates US 1099-NEC forms for sellers crossing $600 in annual payouts and Indian GST tax invoices for each payout cycle. All documents are downloadable as PDFs directly from the seller dashboard, eliminating operator manual tax reporting burden.
Demand Routing — Seamless When You're Out of Stock
When a tenant's own inventory reaches zero, X3 can transparently route the customer to a nearby participating tenant's stock — keeping the sale inside the X3 ecosystem and sharing revenue via a pre-configured contract.
How it works
Each tenant opts in by publishing specific SKUs or categories to the X3 shared inventory visibility layer. When a shopper's PDP loads on Tenant A's storefront and Tenant A has zero stock, the demand router queries the visibility layer for the same SKU held by an opted-in tenant in the same fulfilment zone. If matched, the add-to-cart action creates an order in Tenant B's OMS. The customer's experience — storefront branding, checkout flow, payment — belongs entirely to Tenant A. The split happens in the back-end: Tenant B fulfils, ships, and receives revenue minus a revenue-share percentage defined in the bilateral contract between the two tenants.
- Opt-in per SKU or category — no forced participation
- Revenue-share contracts negotiated and stored in X3 admin
- Fulfilment zone matching prevents cross-region routing by default
- Customer UX stays on the originating tenant's storefront
- Return and support handled by originating tenant
- Audit trail of all cross-tenant orders for operator oversight
Channel-Aware Listings — One Catalog, Every Marketplace
Publish from your X3 catalog to Amazon, TikTok Shop, Instagram Shopping, Google Shopping, Etsy, eBay, and more. Attribute mapping is per-channel; inventory sync is bi-directional; channel orders import automatically into OMS.
Data Flow Architecture
| Channel | Key Attributes Mapped | Bi-directional sync |
|---|---|---|
| Amazon | ASIN, FBA eligibility, variation matrix, Buy Box signals | Yes |
| TikTok Shop | Short-video PDP link, creator affiliate tagging, LIVE inventory | Yes |
| Instagram Shopping | Catalog sets, product tags, Collection ads | Yes |
| Google Shopping | GTIN, structured data, Performance Max feed | Yes |
| Etsy | Handmade/vintage taxonomy, shop sections, processing time | Yes |
| eBay | Category specifics, eBay Motors fitment, promoted listings | Yes |
| Flipkart Seller Hub | FSN mapping, Flipkart Assured eligibility, Smart ROI | Outbound only |
| Meesho Supplier | Price discovery feed, return policy compliance | Outbound only |
Live Ads Attribution — ROAS on Completed Revenue, Not Clicks
Most platforms report ROAS on click-attributed revenue. X3 ties Google Ads and Meta conversions to confirmed order revenue — including returns, cancellations, and refunds — so the ROAS you see is the margin you actually earned.
Google Ads Integration
X3 sends Google Enhanced Conversions events at order confirmed, order delivered, and order fully settled (after return window). The settled-revenue event is the one used for ROAS calculation. Smart Bidding strategies receive clean, return-adjusted signals instead of inflated click-to-cart conversions.
Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Attribution
Conversions API events are fired server-side from X3's OMS — not from a browser pixel that loses 30–40% of events to ad blockers. Event deduplication is handled using a shared event ID between the pixel and CAPI call. Catalogue ads are auto-updated from X3's live product feed every 4 hours.
Multi-Touch Attribution Model
X3 tracks up to 8 touchpoints per customer journey across paid search, paid social, organic, email, and affiliate. The default model is data-driven (Shapley value). Operators can switch to last-click, first-click, linear, or time-decay. Attribution reports are available per-campaign, per-ad-set, and per-channel — not buried behind a third-party analytics tool.
Affiliate Mesh — One Approval, Shared Creator Pool
Instead of each tenant recruiting and managing affiliates independently, X3 operators maintain a shared affiliate pool. Creators apply once and can promote any opted-in brand in the network. Cross-brand recruiting overhead disappears.
How the Mesh Works
- Creator applies to the platform affiliate program — one KYC, one bank account
- Operator approves the creator for one or more brand categories
- Creator generates deep links to any product in approved brands from their dashboard
- Clicks, conversions, and commissions tracked per brand per creator
- Commission tiers auto-upgrade as rolling 90-day GMV thresholds are crossed
- Payouts automated monthly via UPI/NEFT without manual reconciliation

Cross-Brand Referrals — Post-Purchase Complementary Recommendations
After checkout, the confirmation page surfaces curated product recommendations from non-competing brands in the X3 merchant network. Every completed referral earns the originating brand a revenue-share credit — without any ad spend.
Curated Matching Logic
X3 uses purchase category and cart composition to determine complementarity. A customer buying a DSLR camera on VisualPoint will see memory cards and lens cleaning kits from a camera accessories brand — never a competing camera brand. Operators define exclusion lists and competing category mappings. The matching algorithm scores candidate brands by complementarity score, past referral conversion rate, and revenue-share offered. Brands appear only if opted in.
Revenue Share Settlement
The referred brand pays an operator-defined percentage of the referred order's value back to the originating brand as a credit in their X3 payout account. Credits accumulate and offset platform commission charges monthly. Net-new customers acquired via cross-brand referral are attributed in both brands' CRM with the acquisition source tag. Referral analytics show per-partner conversion rates, average order value, and earned credits — visible to both participating brands.
Use Cases
The same marketplace and channel stack powers fundamentally different business models without any custom development.
B2B Procurement Marketplace
Corporate buyers see a curated multi-vendor catalog gated by buyer-group pricing rules. Sellers submit quotes, marketplace operator approves listings, PO-backed orders flow through OMS with net-30 invoicing and escrow payout on confirmation-of-delivery.
Consumer Multi-Brand Marketplace
Fashion, electronics, or food operators run a Zalando/Flipkart-style storefront. Seller onboarding, commission slabs by category, dispute handling, customer-facing seller ratings, and automated payouts every T+2. No Mirakl license needed.
Wholesale & Trade Platform
Distributors publish catalogues with MOQ, carton pricing, and trade-only visibility. Retailers browse, request samples, and place wholesale orders. Revenue-share contracts between the platform operator and distributor brands settle monthly.
Creator Commerce
Influencers and creators get affiliate links generated from the shared pool. TikTok Shop listings are auto-tagged with the creator's affiliate ID. Commission tiers unlock as GMV thresholds are crossed, paid out via the automated payout engine without manual reconciliation.
X3 Marketplace vs the Alternatives
Mirakl and Marketplacer are sold as standalone SaaS layers on top of an existing commerce platform — adding cost, integration complexity, and data silos. Building custom takes 12–24 months. Shopify Markets is not a multi-vendor marketplace.
| Capability | X3 | Mirakl | Marketplacer | Custom Build | Shopify Markets |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Marketplace built into core | Yes — zero extra licensing | Separate SaaS contract, $60k+/yr | Separate SaaS, usage-based pricing | 12–24 months build time | Not a marketplace; no multi-vendor |
| Demand routing / cross-tenant inventory | Built-in with opt-in revenue-share contracts | No cross-operator routing | No cross-operator routing | Must build bespoke | No |
| Live ads attribution to orders | Google + Meta, multi-touch, order-level ROAS | Not included | Not included | Requires separate CDP + BI stack | Click-level only via native analytics |
| Affiliate mesh (cross-brand) | One approval, shared pool, automated payout | No | No | Must integrate Impact/Partnerize | No |
| 1099 / tax form auto-generation | US 1099-NEC, auto threshold detection | Operator responsibility | Operator responsibility | Must integrate tax platform | Not applicable |
| Channel listing sync (14 channels) | Bi-directional, attribute-mapped | Separate integration | Separate integration | Must build per-channel | 8 channels, limited attribute mapping |
