Common questions
No. QuantumOS X3 charges a flat monthly fee regardless of revenue. Salesforce Commerce Cloud charges 1–3% of GMV — at $5M GMV that's $50k–$150k/yr in platform fees alone, on top of their base license.
No. AI capabilities are available across every tier, but actual AI usage is billed separately from the base platform subscription.
No. B2B price lists and NET terms, native subscriptions and dunning, multi-location WMS and wave picks, loyalty and referral — all included in every tier. Nothing is gated behind an add-on SKU.
Yes, on Scale and Enterprise. You provision a Neon or Supabase database project in any region, supply the connection string, and the platform connects to it. Same for object storage — any S3-compatible bucket (R2, S3, B2, Wasabi, Bunny). Your credentials, your billing relationship, your data.
Scale and Enterprise plans include a fixed-price migration squad — no variable billing for data volume or complexity. Growth customers can purchase migration services separately.
Yes. Custom designs carry a one-time design and setup fee of ₹1,00,000, billed separately from the recurring platform subscription.
There is no self-serve free tier. Growth trials are provisioned for qualified operators. Email ib@hyperbridge.in and our team sets up your isolated tenant within one business day.
Enterprise pricing is custom from $2,500/mo. Above 1M orders/month we can also quote per-order rates. Talk to us — volume should bring your unit cost down, not trigger tier anxiety.
Annual billing is optional. Cancel any time and export everything — your data, your schema, your media.
Scale and Enterprise include a fixed-price migration squad. No variable bills for data volume or import complexity.
At high volumes we quote per-order pricing. Revenue growth should never make the platform feel expensive.
Infrastructure & data ownership
Pick where your data lives. Switch providers any time. Migrate without downtime.
| Tier | Database | Object storage | Bring your own |
|---|---|---|---|
| Growth | Shared (tenant-isolated rows) | R2 or Backblaze B2 (50 GB) | — |
| Scale | Dedicated Neon project | R2, Backblaze B2, or Bunny CDN (500 GB) | Optional — supply your own R2/B2 bucket |
| Enterprise | Dedicated Supabase or Neon — your region | 5 TB · any S3-compatible (R2 / S3 / B2 / Wasabi / Bunny) | Yes — full BYO infrastructure |
One-click provisioning via our control plane. Migrations are point-in-time consistent with zero downtime.
Bring your own infrastructure (BYO)
On Scale and Enterprise you point the platform at infrastructure you own and control — instead of our shared, managed pool. Your data physically lives in accounts you provision and hold the keys to.
Instead of sharing pooled resources with other tenants, you supply your own database project and object-storage bucket. We connect your account to them — you own the credentials, the billing relationship with the provider, and the data inside. Revoke our access at any time; your data is already in your accounts.
Provision a Neon or Supabase project in any supported region (EU, US, APAC, or others offered by those providers). You hold the connection string and credentials. We connect over a pooled, RLS-isolated connection — you never share a database schema with another tenant. Take your own backups, set your own retention policy, and run read replicas independently.
Supply a bucket from Cloudflare R2, AWS S3, Backblaze B2, Wasabi, or Bunny Storage. We write product media, invoice PDFs, and bulk exports through your credentials. Assets never transit a shared storage pool — every byte goes directly to your bucket. You can set your own CDN, lifecycle rules, and public-access policies independently.
Choose the region that satisfies your procurement requirements, data-sovereignty obligations, or customer commitments. BYO infrastructure satisfies residency mandates that shared-pool platforms cannot, because the physical location of your data is determined by the provider region you select — not by our infrastructure map. No vendor lock-in: your data is in your accounts before we ever touch it.
Our control plane provisions or attaches your infrastructure in one click — enter your connection string or bucket credentials, confirm, done. Moving from shared to BYO, or between providers, is a point-in-time-consistent migration: reads and writes keep flowing during cutover, with no maintenance window required. You can also move back to shared infra with the same zero-downtime guarantee.
BYO is the right choice if you have data-residency mandates (GDPR, DPDP, government procurement), existing cloud-spend commitments or credits you want to consume, or an internal policy requiring you to own production data stores. It also gives anyone a clean exit guarantee: if you ever leave the platform, your database and storage are already in your accounts — there is nothing to export or wait for.
